  Bradley and Jonathan are the nicest Barista/Shift Manager that I've encountered at this Starbucks.
  
  Usually, I am not one to write a review for a place like Starbucks but today really set in stone why I am willing to go out of my way to study at Starbucks.
  
  Today I had a really bad experience with what I assume to be a homeless man who came up to my table to harass me and pressure me into giving up my seat and shame me for being there "all day" (FYI I am a student, so ofc I need a place to study) Anyways, After that experience, naturally I was shaken and I spoke with Jonathan who was very kind and professional and reassured me that I did the right thing by not engaging the irate man, He personally spoke to the man and brought me my pastry to the table and made sure I was okay multiple times, this is what a true manager looks like, he takes his job seriously and it shows.
  
  Bradley was also a very nice person and was willing to give me suggestions on what to order and was patient as I tried to make my mind on what to get and understood that I was anxious and a bit shook after my encounter with the man who came to bother me as I studied.
  
  Will definitely be returning to this establishment in the future. It's a very well run store with caring and nice staff.

  Still love Starbucks, but going to avoid this one for a while. The past few times we've been here the drinks have been off. Particularly the Machiattos and especially the cloud Machiattos. The ones we get here never look or taste like every other Starbucks we visit. Today my drink tasted like it had a chemical aftertaste. Out of the three drinks we ordered, all three were disappointing.
  
  It could be because they misheard our order and originally made two drinks, then rushed to make the third while we were at the window...but...that would only explain one drink.
  
  Unsure what is going on here, or why the person taking our order had an issue/disdain for throwing a caramel machiatto in the blender for us when prior to this visit, this location and every other Starbucks we've asked has never questioned it.
  
  Hope this Starbucks gets it together and performs better in the future.

  Plenty of seating inside and out with several upholstered comfy chairs. Parking can be a challenge at times but we lucked out with a spot in the shade.  One of the nicer Starbucks in town and not as crowded as those near campus.

  I stopped going here as much as I used too... EVERYTIME I order a cold brew they give me regular coffee and today the coffee was so weak and old AND once again NOT cold brew.... It's so disappointing

  I am thoroughly disappointed by the quality of your staff. While I was outside your establishment a member of your staff was laughing pointing and recording me just standing outside. That is so unacceptable and rude and she should be fired. You shouldn't work with people if you don't know how to act right.
